AVO Studios ("AVO," "we," "us") is a creator management agency based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through avostudios.co and how we use it.
Information we collect
Application form (/apply). When you apply for representation we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, social media handles and follower counts, links you provide, your location, your content category, your goals, and your package interest.
Contact by email. If you email us at infoavostudios@gmail.com, we keep the correspondence.
Technical data. Our hosting provider collects standard, aggregated visit analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type). We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use cookies for tracking.
How we use it

- To represent you and manage brand partnerships, if you become a client
- To respond to inquiries
- To meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our infrastructure (website hosting, database, and email delivery), each of which processes it only on our behalf.
Storage and retention
Application data is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. We keep applications for as long as needed to evaluate them and maintain our records; you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Email infoavostudios@gmail.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond to all requests within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the rights provided by GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
