Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of avostudios.co and your purchase of AVO Studios onboarding packages. By using the site or applying for representation, you agree to them.
1. What AVO Studios does
AVO Studios is a creator management agency for combat sports and fitness creators. We represent creators in brand partnership negotiations and earn a 20% commission on brand deals secured through AVO. Creators keep 80% of every deal we close for them.
2. Applications
Submitting an application does not create a management relationship and does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, representation is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — that agreement, not this page, controls the management relationship.
3. Packages and fees
We offer three onboarding packages: ADRENALINE ($0), MOMENTUM ($99), and ASCEND ($199). Package fees are one-time onboarding fees, disclosed before purchase. They cover onboarding and setup services as described on the Packages section of the site; they are not a purchase of brand deals or income.
4. No guarantees
Brand partnerships depend on third parties. We do not guarantee any specific deal, income, follower growth, or outcome. Anyone who guarantees you sponsorships is not being honest with you; we would rather be honest.
5. Your content and information
You confirm that the information you submit (stats, handles, links) is accurate and yours to share. Misrepresenting your audience or engagement is grounds for ending the relationship.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no automated submissions, no attempts to access other users' data.
7. Intellectual property
The AVO Studios name, wordmark, and site content belong to AVO Studios. Creator content remains the creator's.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVO Studios' total liability arising from your use of the site or a package purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in package fees. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Termination
We may decline or discontinue service for violations of these terms. Signed management agreements have their own termination provisions, which control.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
